    Exchange
    -If the item is not in top condition- Worn, washed, damaged, scented with perfume, body or
    cigarette odour, etc- the exchange is not possible.
    -If the product you receive is different from what you ordered.
    -You have 48hr to contact our team.
    -Second delivery costs must be paid by the customer.
    -Changing the size is only possible once per item.
    -All the tags must be on.
    -The requested item must be available at tanjameh.
    -A trusted delivery/shipping company is mandatory for returning the product.

    cigarette odour, …- return is not possible.
    -You have 48hr to contact our team.
    -If you wanna cancel your order you have 3hr to contact our team.
    -if the item is damaged before getting delivered return is possible.
    -All the tanjameh packaging items must be returned.
    -Second delivery costs must be paid by the customer unless the product delivered damaged.
    -The customer must keep the delivery receipt.
    -If our team doesn’t confirm the damage the customer must pay for the second delivery.
